Our coaching programs, courses, memberships, retreats, and digital products, including but not limited to It's Okay to Stay and Ascend, are non-clinical educational and coaching services available to participants worldwide. Coaching does not involve assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental health condition. Coaching does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other clinical relationship. Coaching is not covered by insurance and no superbill or insurance documentation is issued for it. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or psychiatric care.

Enrolling in a program, communicating with us, or attending a session, retreat, or group through this Website does not make you a therapy client of Idit Sharoni or of any member of our team, regardless of the license any individual holds in another context.
