Idit Sharoni LLC, DBA Relationship Experts ("Company," "we," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of www.relationshipexpertsonline.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through that site (the "Website"), whether you visit as a guest or as a registered user. It does not govern any other website we operate.
This Website offers coaching and educational services only. No therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy is offered, sold, or provided through this Website. Our Disclaimer explains that distinction in full.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.
Information We Collect
There are three places on this Website where you can give us information, and each one works differently.
Booking a consultation. Our scheduling is provided by Acuity Scheduling. When you book, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and any information requested in the booking form. The only consultation offered through this Website is a conversation about our infidelity recovery coaching program. It is booked through a separate scheduler from the one used for therapy consultations; it is not a therapy intake, and it does not begin a clinical relationship.
Our scheduling runs on a HIPAA-enabled Acuity account covered by a Business Associate Agreement with the provider. That means your booking information is held to a higher standard of protection than the law requires for coaching, which we consider appropriate given the subject matter.
Contacting us through the contact form. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and the message you write, and delivers it to our email. Please keep messages general. Do not include detailed personal, medical, or mental health information in the form or in an email to us, for the reasons described under Security below.
Downloading a free guide. Our free guides and resources are delivered through Kajabi. When you request one, you provide your name and email address, and we record which resource you requested. If you consent, we will also add you to our email newsletter. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
You cannot purchase anything on this Website. If we direct you elsewhere to enroll in a program, the privacy policy of that platform governs what happens there.
Information collected automatically. As you browse, we and our service providers collect technical information including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. Some of this information is personal data under certain laws even though it does not include your name.
Sensitive Subject Matter
The material on this Website concerns infidelity, betrayal, and relationship distress. We recognize that the mere fact you contacted us, downloaded a guide, or booked a consultation says something private about your circumstances, even when the information you gave us is only a name and an email address. We treat it accordingly. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes, and we do not use advertising features that would allow a third party to associate you personally with this subject matter.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
This Website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the Website may not function properly if you do.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and confirm consultations, to deliver the resource you requested, to send our newsletter if you have consented to receive it, to operate and improve the Website, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use information collected through the scheduling tool or the contact form to send you marketing.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
We share information with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. These currently include our scheduling provider, our email and course platform, our website platform, and our analytics provider. Our scheduling provider operates under a Business Associate Agreement.
We may also disclose information when we are legally compelled to do so, when necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or to a successor in interest in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including encryption in transit and working only with reputable vendors.
Email and web forms are not secure channels. Please do not send us detailed personal, medical, or mental health information through the contact form or by email. If you need to share sensitive details, book a consultation or contact us to arrange a secure method.
If You Are in Crisis
This Website is not monitored for emergencies, and we cannot respond to urgent messages. Our coaching services are not clinical care and are not a substitute for it. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, or if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call or text 988 in the United States to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or crisis service.
Email and Your Choices
We do not sell, rent, or lease our email lists. Every marketing email we send identifies us clearly and includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, or email support@iditsharoni.com and ask us to remove you.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages, such as a confirmation or reminder for a consultation you booked.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as it remains useful for the purpose we collected it and for as long as the law requires us to keep it. We do not operate a fixed deletion schedule for website inquiries.
Consultation bookings. Records of coaching consultations are retained as business records. They are not clinical records and are not subject to clinical record retention requirements.
Contact form messages. Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our email and may be retained indefinitely as ordinary business correspondence. If you would like a message you sent us deleted, email support@iditsharoni.com and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it.
Marketing list. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your email address so that our systems do not contact you again. That record is used for no other purpose.
Analytics data. Information collected through Google Analytics is retained for the limited period configured in that platform and is deleted automatically after it.
You may ask us at any time to delete personal information we hold about you. See Your Rights below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Where consumer health data laws apply, you may also have the right to withdraw consent to the collection and sharing of health-related data and to have that data deleted.
To make a request, email support@iditsharoni.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children Under 13
This Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us at support@iditsharoni.com, and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date below. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide notice on the Website home page and, where we have your email address and the change affects you, by email.
