What This Website Offers

This Website offers coaching and educational services only. No therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy is offered, sold, or provided through this Website. Our Disclaimer explains that distinction in full and forms part of these Terms.

What These Terms Do Not Cover

These Terms govern your use of the Website only.

Enrollment in our programs. No transaction is processed on this Website. If you decide to enroll in one of our coaching programs, that enrollment is governed by a separate written agreement that you receive and accept at the time of enrollment. Enrollment follows a consultation and is completed through a separate platform under its own Terms and Conditions. That agreement, not these Terms, governs your participation in the program, the fees, refunds, and any dispute relating to it.

Professional services. These Terms do not govern any coaching or clinical relationship. Coaching is provided under a separate program agreement. Licensed therapy services are offered by Idit Sharoni LLC only to clients located in Florida, under separate consent and treatment agreements, and are not offered or arranged through this Website. Nothing in these Terms applies to those services, and nothing in these Terms constitutes an agreement about how any claim relating to professional services will be resolved.

Eligibility

This Website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below and post the revised Terms on this page.
